About New Leaf Home Buyers

After spending a couple decades helping people in our own specialties, we came together and realized we can offer something better if we combine our skills and efforts. The decision to sell your home is a big one, and should only be done with people who understand real estate, finances, and the emotional and mental issues that come into it.

We help guide people through the process of deciding for themselves if selling their home is right for them. We will remove all the hassle, work, frustration and heart ache of selling your home. Guiding you through the next steps to help this be a bedrock decision, we will put you on solid ground and leave you feeling secure and hopeful.

Behind Our Success, Our Story

We are not strangers to the stress of financial problems. As children, we lived the experience of really bad luck and how that can lead to losing homes to foreclosure. Our good parents taught us to learn from that and try to help other people. We have focused on different paths to make her proud which have led us to our vision of helping people in their toughest moments find their bearings and move forward with faith and confidence.

Meet The Brothers

Chad Elkins

First and foremost I am a father. I was a single father to 4 children for quite a few years. Those years were very hard. I have seen it all. Now I have a wife and 8 children who I love. I have been in Real Estate for nearly 25 years.

I spent the first few years as a Real Estate agent, then Principal Broker and owned 2 Brokerages. But then I transitioned into what I TRULY love, which is helping sellers in stress! And helping give them HOPE.

By helping to solve their immediate problems, but also placing them on paths to a better life! I have seen it all and I know I can help you!

Darren Elkins, LMFT

While getting myself through college, I spent several years in the mortgage business and financial planning. I turned my attention to mental health services and got my Masters Degree. I went to work as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT) helping people through the toughest times of their lives.

I have spent almost 30 years counseling individuals, couples and families through difficult times. In that time, I have seen too many people and families torn apart by financial problems.

I still enjoy helping people through counseling. And, I have seen that helping remove some of those stresses by creating financial freedom can be just as important. I love it when I see hope start to grow and the momentum that brings people towards a new and better life.
